SO, HERE IT IS! That next SkyRail product I hinted was coming soon ... NOW! IT'S HERE!
Skyrails used to only go straight ... That is no longer true with the 90 degree Massive Octagonal Big 90 Skyrail curved SkyRail. So, Railroad cars use "trucks" at each end of the car to enable them to make it around curves ... This set includes a Pivoting Slider Truck. YES, the Hooks still "unlatch from the SkyRails! Why a "slider"? Well, the roof of a Skyrail Cargo Container, just isn't braced well enough to handle a full load so to prevent it from buckling ... So, enters the center SkyRail Truck. It pivots to make the turn and "slides" side to side to stay in contact with the SkyRails! This set comes with a pose that makes this happen for one of the containers to give you a posing and animating starting point.HINT: BE SURE to POSE and PARENT ALL Massive Octagonal Tunnels, Pieces and parts and Rails BEFORE moving them to mate with other Massive Set Assemblies!Now, to tell the truth this set only contains two new geometries! Oh, you could go look'n and maybe find something you might play with the geometries files, but this product REQUIRES the products listed above if you want to make it work!
Note: If you delete a Skyrail Transport from this set you will also have to delete its two "parented" trucks ... if you delete a SkyRail Cargo container there will be three that will also have to be deleted. Hint there is a PhilC Poser Python Script (not included) "Poser Pocket Knife" that allows you to "Delete Other Stuff" which makes this task easier!I guess you always want to have a hint as to what's ticking away in my mind ... So, here's that hint ... Do you own the GIS Skyway? ... If so (and if not) guess what's coming next ... hint it has to do with SkyRails! ... Yeah that's coming in the near future ...
