I'm having problems accessing the Market place. Been trying to purchase ODeathofLife's Toon Ponies, but no matter what I try, I can't get them to appear in my Shopping cart. I've tried the tipos given here, looged out, then in..no luck, deleted Renderosity cookies and re-logged in again - still same result. Any Hints ?
My secuity concern was not relly the ability to log-in, but stems from a warning from my security system that this connection was looking for passwords, possibly bank related. I adjusted my system and deleted the word 'password', and protected my computer by specifying which sets of numbers to protect, letting all others go. Since then I have had no problem. Your explination suggests why flags had come up, since I didn't know there was a 'hand shake protocal with this sight. Does this mean you have my IP port numbers to check against my log-in info?
the problem we have here esp. in Saudi Arabia are the blocking of the marketplace. we really cant buy anything and we're stuck to p4 fem for example. I know this is not the problem of renderosity admin and webmaster...I just want to voice out that we're not happy about this. :(
It's very important to make sure ALL old Renderosity cookies are deleted. I deleted only the firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com cookies, but neglected to delete the firstname.lastname@example.org and that prevented me from getting into the marketplace. If anybody is having this problem (not being able to get into the marketplace), look for that extra cookie. Hal
Hello everyone, I recently discovered that I couldn't activate the "Vote", "Add image" and "Add artist" buttons any more... When I click on any of them, nothing happens at all (but everything else works fine)... Any idea why? I ran Spy Blaster and Ad Aware on my computer a few weeks ago so maybe it has something to do with it... but since I don't use these buttons frequently I only discovered the problem a few days ago. Can't add artists or pictures to my favs, nor vote for any image... I deleted all Renderosity cookies and re-logged in but nothing changed... Please help! Thanks, Agn :-)
