Description
This is a cartoon I did for a Nortwestern US Newspaper in response to an oposed plan to lay a natural gas pipeline across the Canadian border, through the town of Sumas, over to the Sound and on over to Vancouver Island.
The first plan from it's investors was to run it through Canada... which was vetoed by Canada.
Pen&Ink and Photoshop.
