Description
Could it be that this is mars hundreds of thousands of years ago?, much closer to earth and still showing sighns of the perishing life upon it's surface.... a last storm scoures the surface before the final descent into the barren wasteland we know it as today!

Looks awesome.. my only critics would be that the upper outlines of that cloud seem a little odd... like it would be cut to the image... but it could well be just me. Great work anyway, I like the idea.
