About me? Well, I went to college, then university and business school and graduated in computer science. I have been employed in a number software companies in different roles (system developer, pre-sales consultant, Technical account manager, engagement manager, test specialist, testcoordinator, teacher / instructor) and have worked professionally with 3D graphics doing both animations, marketing material and product vizualisations for different companies. My focus area for the last couple of years have been Quality Management and Test. I enjoy computer graphics and photography as a hobby. Take care Lars Bjorstrup

What can I say? It's great to see you back. And the picture is truely perfect. You had a wonderful idea and managed to convert it into exeptional Terragen picture.

What a great picture!! It's good to see that Terragen can actually do stuff other than landscapes. I saw the fish (which by the way is an excellent-looking fish!) in the thumbnail and had to pop in for a closer look. Congratulations!

strong>@all</strong: Thank you so much for your comments .. you people make it hard not to spent all my time here :-)br><strong>@MDB</strong: The 3D fish terrain is created with the 3ds Max program using its polygon modelling capabilities. Then I exported the model as DXF format (the same format used in AutoCad) and used dxf2mesh to convert it to a TER file (due some compability problems I had to pull the DXF file in and out of Amapi3d before it worked). Also converted the TER file to BMP to be able to add the leaves on the water (as very flat mountains :-) using Photoshop, and afterwards changing it back to a TER file again. Textures handpainted with Photoshop (just one big texture map) and applyed using the SO Pack plugin for Terragen as one transparant RGB overlay.
