Meshy
I created the shape of the hair using Meshy. With that I am able to paint the strand based hairs onto the object, then I set the object to hidden
Technically, with the renders above, the AI is not in the image at all. One could argue, that this should not be counted as partial AI :-)
The same holds true with many of the other characters. A majority of my hair objects came from thirty years of purchasing/downloading poser items and some from Daz as well. Only this past few months have I started to use Meshy for those unique shaped hair
