Superb realistic pose, great details. I love how the right hand catches the heel and those knees are a masterpiece of art.
Have you sculpted it with a tablet or with a mouse? I'm just curious.

I only use a mouse for my poses. I tried to use a tablet some times ago, but it did not really work for me...
