While not as bad as dunking a priceless Ferrari 250 GT California in the pool, hanging out with The Specialist has clearly given CB a healthy disregard for trivialities such as traffic regulations...and law enforcement!

Velocity challenged vehicle, I got one of those... it's also a/c challenged, door close all the way challenged, rear-view mirror challenged, and tires getting worn challenged.
