Description

"...Someone had a little hissy-fit when I got to the park gate. Something about 'proper attire requirements' or something. Sheesh.. It's not like I'm naked or something... I slipped in when he went to get his little manual of rules...." Hmmm... Well maybe you're not, Sky, but I'll probably tick the 'nudity' box just in case.... Just a bit of messing around with some of my own morphs on an old Syltermermaid freebie. The background photo is one of mine from a few years ago taken at a local botanical park. Haven't been feeling the best the last few days... No, not covid.. Not sure what it is, but I just feel so tired and hopeless lately. I will most likely make an appointment next week with the new doctor that has taken over for ours who retired. She's worked in the same office as he did, and he recommends her so I guess we'll see. Hopefully, I can get back in the swing of things and get the TNA story back on track. Wish me luck. Thanks for stopping by, and for all your wonderful comments and support! thank you - and yes it is! 😁 And there's a giant ant on the hill behind him.. The park had a bunch of insect sculptures made out of wood - it was pretty cool!

While your model is obviously the center of this bright, summery image, I can't help but wonder what in the world is that big metal grasshopper in front of the man in the red shirt? And frankly, if that IS a metal grasshopper, I don't blame Sky (your model---hope I got her name right) I don't blame her for getting the heck off that bridge! Wonderful job on her outfit, and light, etc. You handled her shirt really well, how it drapes over her and follows her contours. And another of your fashionable outfits. Really well done, and the shadow on Sky is beautiful. She's the headliner, but she's in shadow. Really well done.

(Those ARE insects, aren't they! They look like giant metal insects---I don't blame your model for heading to the parking lot...)

I hope you don't have to go to the doctor at all, but if you do, I hope you're fine, Rod. You've had a lot of ups and downs, it's understandable that you're not feeling your best. All the best to you, and I wish you and Jo a blessed and very sweet Easter. Take care, and feel better soon!

You did a very good job inserting your character into a real photo and it's pretty convincing. Getting the sun position correct and the shadow on the shadow catcher to look like it's part of the background photo is more challenging than some people realize. Kudos. =)

Wow Rod...I think I have you beat in both being late and feeling awful! First of all I am 4 months late in being on this site and have missed so much art work you and others have posted on this site. I had some health issues in January and it has taken me awhile to feel good enough to come back to this site.

I am feeling much better now and I hope you soon will feel the same way my friend! as far as the awesome art work you have posted here...it looks fantastic as always! :-)
