It would be so cool to fly in one of those. I've flown and jumped out of C130's, but those older planes are fascinating.

Very nice. Flying those old birds is a lot more work than a jet...oil pressure, manifold pressure, boost, mixture, radiator or cowl flaps, intercooler flaps...labor or love depending upon the aircraft and the pilot's measure of enjoyment....

Beautiful job on these classic flyers, Bill! There were still a few active C-119 boxcars back when I was in the AF. long ago, obviously. I actually remember working on the comm systems on a couple of them..
