What a great story.
Awesome glider, hopefully your model doesn’t get a angry stomach on her expedition.

Hahaha! Thanks! Actually here **She's the one ** who invites for a rough but beautiful experience.
In those trial flights I sat in the front seat (as the main pilot) and the instructor in the back seat. That's how the training is executed. In passenger flights, you sit in the back

A very interesting experience that you describe there, my respect for it. I'm afraid of flying and feel like I'm missing something in life. Maybe I can overcome myself at some point.
It has become a really nice picture and with the story it is perfect.
I wish you and your family happy Easter :- )

Flying is awesome, I can promise you! You don‘t need to start with a flight in a glider, better would be some motor plane like a Cessna or a Piper But for sure: had I the glider pilot license you for sure had an invitation for a free passenger flight

Great story of your adventure and it's cool this inpired you to pursue learning of designing the props you needed in order to creat this fantastic render!

Oh, I'd be there with bells on!!
I am sooooo envious, my friend! That's one of the things still unchecked on my bucket list.... I've never been airsick in my life - but then again, I usually wait until I'm back on terra firma before eating much.
Most excellent work on the sailplane and its lovely pilot! Let's go find a thermal or three...

Well, I know pilots who use to get sick even when flying alone. In one praticular case, one of them had to go down on a meadow because running out of wind. And even when being on final onto this meadow, when you have to deal with airbrakes and landing gear, he still had to operate the sickness bag ...

I think at my age gliding would scare the living crap out of me. A fine blonde and cool craft.
