Description

Just a non specific story action image. Black Widow was easy, thanks to Mihrelle, but Hawkeye's look was something I had to come up with. His look in the movies was different than his costume look in comics and animations, so I went with something in between. I liked giving him some sort of mask and added in the high scarf. Kind of an archer ninja. The villain soldier costumes are a combination of a bunch of produts, since I have very little M4 sci-fi and modern clothing. His wardrobe is definitely skewed towards fantasy. The setting is RPublishing's Generic SciFi Corridor. I'm not sure where it came from. Maybe a freebie. I'm checking out Ironman 13s new Ultimate Character Lights here. The promo image had me :) I did a couple mods to the lights and am using IDL settings in this. Thanks to !i13 for pointing out Caprice hair by Alfaseed at RDNA. It works well for movie Natasha (Black Widow). Electricity and smoke/steam effects done in PS. Thanks for the look. Woops! I've been corrected below. The corridor is by Stonemason and I believe Hardwaretoad is right about where it came from. Thanks.

Art, this is an action packed scene for sure....fantastic work! Looks like someone is going to get a butt kicking! The mask is great! It gives a really mysterious look to the character for sure! Way to go!! Right now I am on the last book in The Black Company by Glen Cook....this kinda reminds me of a few battles they had. I am definitely going to read the series again! It is one of my very favorites as is your image!

The "GSFC" is a Stonemason product from Daz, I've got it in my runtime as well, one of the first things I picked up... I believe it was in a package of things as an incentive after first D/L'ing and registering Daz Studio several years ago. I like how you've lit this, Art, the glaring light from the arrow's hit is very effective and adds an amount of drama.

Have to say I liked Hawkeye's look in the films much better than his costume in the comics/animations. It's good that they adapt them from live action interpretations as most of the time a literal translation just looks goofy. Great stuff, man!

Incredible action scene art, certainly one of the most dynamic and expressive that have been posted here and a refreshing break from all the flat looking, standing stiff fairy poses pasted onto someone else's background that makes up much of this site. Great respect that you dig deep for proper costumes.
