Etane and Jacinthe had found a good place to winter over. But it had a squatter already. A Worgaam (Content Paradise). This one was far from it's usual haunts. Occasionally the people had to go on hunts to rid the area of one of these ferocious beasts. If raised from birth they can also be trained as loyal friends. but in the wild, they are fierce and territorial. They will kill anything, so they are treated as hostile. They will not be driven away. Etane and Jacinthe have participated in such hunts before. The ruins helped to reduce the creatures room and made up for the lack of help the two women had. A distraction from one side and the other slices the jugular. If the beast turned at the new attacker, the other warrior would also strike. The Dangal was the perfect weapon for such a feat. A long reach and a sturdy slashing blade. The user had to balance their strength with the weight of the weapon for the strongest strike. Both were practised and well versed, so they flipped a flat stone to see who took the neck and who took the head. In a short time they had a new shelter for the quickly aproaching winter. Didn't feel like writing a whole battle scene, so you can imagine the details. Stonemason's Castle Ruins (DAZ) for the setting. And you've met the two ladies before, hopefully. Jacinthe on the flank is Jenny and Rob's girl and the point is Etane(Jonesy by Exnem) with Sisterhood Skin from Alfaseed at RDNA. The beast is the Worgaam from Content Paradise. Posed in poser and rendered in Vue 10.5 with a Depth of Field of 4% to get the slight blur. The new computer is handling DOF pretty well. It's nice to use once in awhile instead of Photoshop blur. This looks spectacular Art - sincerely. I want to be just a little more 'realistic' looking, but then as it is, it verges on the edge of being very detailed line-art...kinda without the lines. It begs to be outlined. All these things - and yet, it is perfect as it is. Fabulous work my friend! 10+

content paradise, you're the first person that's mentioned that sight since I found it right before Renderosity - as a matter of fact, I found renderosity because and through content paradise.... I was posting my images over there the first month I was into 3Dcg and after a couple days, everything in my gallery would be gone... I reposted, they stayed for a week and then boom, they were gone again... I then took the time to make my gallery look different, my image stayed for a week, so I was posting and then everything was gone again... I stopped going... but 5 to 6 years ago, they had "art wars"... you'd see two pictures side by side and pick the better of the two, you just kept picking as long as you wanted, the winner would move up in ranks and the loser would fall... I have suggested rendo do that ever since I've been here - some day I hope.

Well then! A place to hold up for the winter and a month's supply of Worgaam steaks to tide them over! I bet the hide would make some nice armour too.

vitachick 10:50AM | Mon, 24 September 2012

Superb posing and set. Though it is a little more ominous a creature, then the skunk, I met last night at my front door. It's just a scary

Rainastorm 4:33PM | Thu, 27 September 2012

Woah...quite the challenge for them, but sure they are well practiced in the fight! Nice job my friend!
