Seara is fairly dry planet. It has a shifting magna layer that rises to the surface creating stone bubbles. After part of the stone bubble is worn away the bubble acts as a basin catching what little rain there is. The leosa plant takes advantage of the trapped water to gestate and grow. The thin atmosphere of Seara is little protection from fall objects from space.
