Refits the Rebel Encore Hair by Powerage to Hiro 3. The hair is available for free from the Customers Only section of Powerage.fr -- you will need to be a member and to have previously bought something from Powerage to download it, though. This refit is RTEncoded so you will need a decoder; I recommend RTEncoderPy.
