Subject: timeout problem fix suggestion

archive the current forum databse for viewing only ( separate section of site ) start forums with only 1 months worth of posts and add to archive a couple of times a year. dbdump into a text file all posts older than one month then create new db table for the archives and insert the db dump. the server is having to parse a very large database, specially with busier forums, this will speed that up and reduce the time taken. the archived forums would not be postable to, only readable. ( by members and mods )

same thing can be done with the galleries to reduce the time taken to view them. or any other part of the site that is experiencing the timeout issues
