Hello, everyone. I've updated my earlier posting of the coonskin cap prop in [ Free Stuff](http://www.renderosity.com/freestuff.ez?Form.Contrib=Little_Dragon&Topsectionid=0). All of you who downloaded it earlier may want to do so again. I apologize for the inconvenience, but on the bright side, the .zip file is now 30% smaller, so it shouldn't take long.

As promised, the coonskin cap is now a fully-poseable figure. It still has a few bugs. For instance, I don't recommend that you use the Conform function with it. When you pose the tail, it sometimes un-conforms. It's more reliable to use as a parented item. Details are in the Readme file.

A tail-lengthening morph has been added.

You can turn off Visibility on each tail segment to just use the cap by itself.

Kurgen was asking earlier about tail props. I'm happy to report that if you make the cap portion invisible and parent it to a character's hip, it makes a perfectly serviceable tail, as you can see above. It even works well in animation.

Have fun!

Message671428.jpg even better. I like bugs. (figuring them out that is.) tails eh? we spend 6 million years getting rid of the things and with a keystroke ... mumble ... mumble. Message671410.jpg

The lack of a tail is one of humankind's least attractive features, in my opinion. Much expression and emotion can be conveyed with tails, and yet you folks don't have them. As far as body language is concerned, you're all practically mute. diablotin.gif

From the Department of Redundancy Department:

I made a small error in the installation instructions. It has been corrected, but for the thirty or so of you who downloaded the file before I caught this, here is the correct passage.

Install the .cr2 file and its thumbnails (.rsr for Poser, .png for Poser Pro Pack) anywhere in Poser's RuntimeLibrariesCharacter folders.

Sorry about that.

Abby likes your cap. I keep telling her it doesn't fit her but she won't listen. She says she'll make it fit.

Tell her to use the Scaling dials on Body. Or put it through the wash a few times; maybe it'll shrink.

Am I the only one seeing the possibilities here for a fur coat for Vicky. Would it be too difficult to morph it into one?

I finally got Abby to put it away but the T.Rex looks Interested. Where can I get coonskin cap food? the hat is already hungry.
