So far we've got a sleigh from Sams3D, the snowman and Santa stuff from Daz, and some glass ornaments (I forget the site). Does Daz post Christmas stuff into a seasonal category like it did for Halloween and it just isn't up yet? Or have people made stuff and just don't post it the rest of the year? I'm just trying to get ahead for the holidays so I'm not scrambling last minute. :)

I was hoping for sleigh bells and holly. I was going to try to make it myself but didn't really want to. hehe

Last year DAZ put up a different freebie Christmas item each week for the whole month. Cal also gave away Christmas stuff with a batch of freebies. Remember that some props do not have to be seasonal to be useful. Candlesticks and handbells and packages (box w/ bow) can be found at places such as PropsGuild and 3dCafe if not here or 3dcommune. Elf caps can be turned into Santa hats. If you want to do Victorian carolers, just get the right clothes and a flat prop for sheet music and place them around a streetlamp with a bit of snow. You don't need the entire Union Square display window to make a scene. Clove-studded oranges are just as Christmasy as candycanes and by being a bit different with your props, you might make a more interesting picture. Carolly

That's really cute but I'm more of a tradition lover and enjoy more antique stuff than just Papa Noel (what they call it here in Quebec). I was wanting some pointsettias, holly, jingle bells and the old style Nutcracker. If I can't find anything free I'm going to try to make myself because I cannot afford all these $40 models out there on a single income.
