Subject: People getting banned, what gives??????

After reading through this forum, I'm shocked to see how many people are getting banned for requesting or trying to trade software. I mean when you first come to this site and see the front page, isn't it obvious that this isn't a warez site? I can't believe that people come here and think that this is some kind of warez site, it's pretty damn obvious that this is an artists community. Are they idiots or just not that bright? Reading through this forum is pretty intersting to say the least.

They might think that it's the same as this supposed "bryce forum" 90% of the posts now are requesting illegal software.Nothing is done about it there.
