In relation to my quest for teenagers thread I am now seeking M4 skins that have a young feel to them, so without stubble. Hiro4 and freak 4 would also work. I am aiming for about the age 14. (will post some pics of the ones I have made later.)

If you know of any nice looking young skins please mention them below so I can take a look. (any is good colour I have a mixed cast)

(I am however trying to stick with this site or should I say avoid the daz3d site as they have begun treating poser users like inferior artist with this new look they have. (or is that just me?)

My go-to is Trystan by Darwin's Mishap, if you have it. It's not available anymore

Otherwise, those available here are

Caleb Pheonix1966 https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/89884/caleb-for-m4-m5
Cullen Pheonix 1966* https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/86165/cullen-character-for-m4-and-genesis-1
Hayato Tempest3D* https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/133653/hayato-for-m4

The last 2 might have hints of stubble on the chin that only show up on very close-up shots. It might be pores.

I also have one called Jude and Alastor, but I can't find where they'd from. And If you're willing there is also Jeremy at Daz.

If your finished pictures will be comic-book style, do you need photo-realistic skins?

If not, making your own is a consideration.  When I'm doing simple pictures that don't require photo-realistic detail, I make my own skins with the help of some merchant resources I bought in the Marketplace here.  (Photoshop brushes for body hair, freckles, various skin features; makeup overlay for V3; body hair guide for M3.)

Going that route will take a bit of extra time, it will have a little bit of expense depending on what merchant resources you'd buy to help you.  But it will allow you to do some of your own customization, and perhaps more variety.

I don't go for over the top lighting or shadows with my comic, but I do like them photo real (ish)  I have played around with skin before, and now I have the skin maps that job is much easier so i might have a go at making a few faces younger. thanks for the feedback.

Below is my first attempt at making m4 younger but will he pass for 14?  (I still need to play with the brows a bit more)
