In your after Dark newsletter, there is a link to get a free pack by RPublishing. When I click the link to redeem it, I get a message telling: "Sorry, this freebie is currently unavailable."

Any idea why this happens? Because the newsletter is from yesterday, it's not an old one.

I picked the freebie up yesterday and didn't take that much notice of the countdown timer as it was still showing free at that point but, thinking back, I'm pretty sure it showed as only being free yesterday. I've just had another look at the newsletter and there's no mention of the free period unfortunately, as that would have been useful to know for anyone recieving the newsletter and would make sense to include in the future. The voucher below the freebie is valid until tonight, so it's possible the freebie was meant to be available for 2 days rather than 1 but an error crept in, but that's just speculation on my part. Might be worth raising a ticket?

I think it was indeed free yesterday only, until Rendo midnight.

Otherwise, when the message you had comes to you, it can be you already own the item (from a Christmas past event for example). I had that message the last time, it was because it was already in my product list.
