This is the second mini contest of the Retro Scifi series. Remember, do not use ANY copyrighted superheroes, in name or likeness.  The idea is to create your own superhero. You can use the name Stella Thorne or Rocket Girl, because I made those up for the contest and release those names into the public domain for your use, or inspiration.
