How can I know if I can use a product as a merchant resource? I was wondering about the two sets of pictures from this artist https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/vendors/xil
And also maybe others?

The product description says: "This product is Royalty Free and can be used to create commercial images, characters and texture poses."
If you want to create something other than those things, you might need to ask the creator.
