Hi,
I'm just wondering, if there is a "last seen xx" for the vendors here.
Writing site mails to vendors and waiting for nothing has become extreme here.
Not only, that it is a reason to worry, but with the "last seen at" we could at least see, if it's even worth to write anything at all.
Just as example Nursoda, his last product upload was in 2023, Leiland in 2022, 3-d-c in 2019
And there are many, many more!
Have they given up and let their stores be neglected?
Are they sick and can't come?
As long, as we don't know anyone close to them, we will never find out.
But it would be a huge time saver, to see, when a vendor was last time online here.

I understand the frustration. Waiting on a response — especially when it relates to a product you’ve purchased — can be discouraging.
At this time, we do not display a public “last seen” status for vendors. There are a few reasons for that, including privacy considerations and the fact that vendor activity isn’t always a reliable indicator of store status. Some creators step back from uploading new products but still monitor their accounts periodically. Others may be active behind the scenes without logging in frequently.
It’s also important to remember that vendors are independent creators. Changes in upload frequency can happen for many reasons — personal commitments, health, career changes, or simply shifting focus — and we are not always privy to those details.
If you’ve reached out via Site Mail and haven’t received a reply within a reasonable timeframe, you’re welcome to submit a support ticket. Our team can review the situation and determine whether follow-up is possible or appropriate.
We appreciate you raising the concern. I understand the desire for greater transparency, and feedback like this is helpful as we continue evaluating ways to improve communication across the Marketplace.

I get your point and had the same thought about privacy.
For me it's more the "I worry about her/him" and I'm sending site mails from time to time (not too often though, I don't wanna spam them!). But when there is no answer at all, and I see, the last activity was about 2 years ago, I doubt, it has something to do with the upload frequency.
And usual I'm sending mails before I buy something, that has helped me a lot in the past. To know, that it's really, what I'm looking for makes the decision easier to buy :)
So there isn't a thing you can do about it.
Sadly any thread will disappear into the archives ways too fast. So making posts in the hope, someone will react is pretty useless, cause people look into the forum, see nothing, and for sure, if they aren't searching for some specific answer, they will leave and not search the archives.
But really thanks for your answer :)
