The Foundry owners of Modo announced last year that Modo would not be developed any longer as part of their product library but they have released Modo 17.1 for free and you can download it and use with a 10 years End of Life license. Modo was a very popular 3D Modeling software that many used to Model props and clothing for Poser. You can find the download of Modo 17 and download/set up the EOL license as well as downloading the user manual with the links below. If you decide you want to use Modo to Modo clothing for any of the numerous Poser Characters you will want to import the obj of the character you want to model for from the Runtime folder of your installed content my example is LaFemme2 which is located in Runtime\Geometries\RPublishing\LaFemme2\LaFemme2.obj You want to use this obj instead of Exporting the character from with in Poser this will give you far better results when you import of your model as to fitting.

Wow. I didn't realize Modo was EoL'd. Easily the best modelling software I've worked with, and I only had a chance to work with it briefly several years ago. Even tho I wasn't using it, this is sad news.
I know my system doesn't supports the most recent releases, but I see they have versions back to v10 available, I'll be grabbing and using the most recent one I can for sure.
Thanks Lobo.

I read an article when I came across this information that the version 16 was a bit more stable and had less Bugs then the last release of 17.1 I am not sure if the EOL license will work with the version 10 but does not maybe hurt to tryWow. They tried buying MODO to opensource it.

The EOL license worked with 15 (early win10) for me.
