Subject: what went wrong?

I made pics for my comic page from other angles but i really wanted this one however as you can see something went wrong with the hair as it wont show through the window glass. I want to understand why? so could one of you smart people give me a clue what went wrong? I use poserpro 11 and render in firefly. I added a little censor sticker to avoid upsetting admin so no body but the head is relevant.

Check to see that visible in raytracing is on. You can find it on the hair's properties tab

gold star guys! I forgot about that, I turn it off on the hair because it takes forever to render. I wrote a note to remind me and will have to avoid shot through glass.
