How I can fix this error? Poser keeps spamming log file. Permission problem?

Using latest P13 13.3.1009 and all poser content is installed on E: drive.

These aren't really errors. It's Poser listing every step it's taking. To turn it off in the Message log, there's a menu arrow. It's where the arrow is pointing, but it got covered by the actual menu in my screenshot. Click on that and uncheck the info option.

So it is normal dynamic hair messages and there is no way disable it.

Open poser, load hair prop and wait. You don't need do anything and log file size goes 13.4Mb.

If I disable info part I can see all material errors?

Yes, you can still see material errors. Those fall under the warning category
