I am really desperate, I tried and tried. Poser 2014

I have a skirt  (made in Marvelous Designer) which I am trying to put on my character and clothify.

1) The first problem is that when I press "Clothify" the props on the character fly in all deristions and lose their scale! Then I press @Calculate simulation@ and despite set collisions parts of body go through and the whole simulation shows unbelievable results.The lost props slowly fly to their proper places and restore the size.

I even put the skirt flat on the characters head, but in the end it appeared again on the floor AROUND his foot. What to do?

2) I guess the wait of my character doesn't have enough curve, maybe that's why the skirt keeps falling down. Is there a way to fasten the belt to the body? Parenting to the body and the hips doe not work.
