I know there is a fix for this but it's been so long I can't remember what setting and where to fix it.
When I dial a morph the figure snaps back to it's default pose for a second and when I release the dial then the new dialed pose snaps into place.

Try using a wire frame preview or such. See if that helps the refresh rate.

Naw, this is a hidden setting that allows for real time redrawing as I move the slider back and forth. But thank you!
