The manual says that you can do it...

...but I can't see anything on the dialog to select it...

(this is a follow on from here, asking the same question but in a thread with an appropriate title)

Well ain't that just something. Now all we need to do is make the code actually do it. That's actually kind of a good thing because that means it was probably in the original spec and just didn't get implemented. It may even be implemented but not exposed in the UI.

I've added an enhancement for this already. I'll add this info as well.

LOL - an error in the manual - lucky I didn't get my hopes up ! ;)

So it's not, and I guess never will be, available to me in Poser 11. I think I'll have to use adp001's suggestion of valueOpPythonCallback

(Note: there is one circumstance under which it does do linear interpolation - if you just have two keys. Not much help LOL)

FYI: Roy looked at this and it's not in the code. The only time it's linear is if there's only 2 keys. (Sad trombone)

I knew I'd seen linear/spline interpolation selection somewhere - it's in the animation palette.

And this has numbers on the graph too.

Suggestions for a book title

Mr Millipede and the Linear Interpolation Snafu

Excellent, added to the master list over there ->, following Delilah The Defiler, The Sand Witch's Sandwiches, and The Funky Flunkey

Now I can't complain that nothing positive has come out of this thread !

Hooray !

:)
