Does anyone recognise the hair and top (hopefully part of an outfit) used in the main promo picture for the Renderosity-based character Gigi character? It's the classic, 40's-50's era hair and green top that I'm interested in. Thanks for your time :)

The hair is strand based so DAZ only, looks like chevybabe's. It does look like the Neroli Hair based on the part and hairline but most likely uses her strand based hair textures.

Sweater looks like Rainbowlight's Crew Sweater in cut but the textures are wrong (although they look like his work) it might do for your needs though.
