Hi, I haven't been around in a very long time. The email that I started with at this site has me locked out. I've been trying to update my email address on multiple sites and I run into the problem that they all want me to go to my email and verify that it's ok to change my email. I'm locked out of it so I can't do that. I want to contact someone at Renderosity and see if they can help me but I don't see a contact link. If I can't get someone to update my email then I'll have to create a new account, my old account will sit there for eternity and I'll lose all my pictures and information. Some of my pictures are no longer on my computer and can only be found here. Help?

Burpee, I would send an email to admin@renderosity.com for assistance with your situation. Good luck with resolving it!

Thank you both for writing. I'll try the admin email first. On other sites I have not had any luck getting support to contact me back. So frustrating. Editing my profile doesn't work because they want to send a verification email to the old email addy that I can't get into. What happened is that I logged out of my nan64grif email so that I could log into my Facebook email. When I signed out of the Facebook email to go back to the nan64grif email it was locked. I answered the secret questions but it then wanted to send a verification email to nan64grif, which I can't get into. When I try calling AT&T I don't have an account with them anymore and I can't get help because the automated system tells me that I have no account. ugh. AT&T/Yahoo did this to me with a friend. Her email was flagged by Yahoo as spam and they decided that she could no longer send me emails. Of course they let all the real spam come through...pffft.

I've waited a few days and gotten absolutely no response from admin. I don't know what else to do. I'm getting the same thing on a lot of my old sites. No one gets back to me. I'm so defeated right now. Why won't the people who are supposed to help me?

3Dpixi, I couldn't find the link that you mention but finally did. I had a privacy pop up box blocking that area of the screen. When I closed it I could see the contact link. Thanks, I will try calling them.
