Subject: Poser 9 crashes after re-installing

Hi.

Due a computer crash I reinstalled my registered Poser 9, but the program stops when it's at the verge of showing the main window. For the last five years Poser was working OK on this computer

Computer: ASUS LAPTOP with Windows x64 8.1 - Update 1 installed (SR1 update) NVIDIA Graphic Card

Please, HELPPPPPPP

Did you install the service release?

The missing piece of the puzzle!!!

Installed SR3.2 and fixed. It opens again. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
