Ridiculous!

"An entry containing weapons of any kind, or objects to be used as weapons is subject to review for violence."

"Any entry containing violence, blood, brutality or gore that is implied or explicit will removed."

Do any of you actually watch any anime?

So, what's the reason for these restrictions, anyway? They greatly limit what a person can do here.

We have to adapt to changes in faux violence/sexuality standards. Case in point - they had a Looney Toons theme, and technically Elmer Fudd would not have been permitted to go "hunting wabbits." In practice, I believe some toon "violence" made it in.

I'm sure some stylized faux weapons/violence/sexuality will make it in the Anime contest. We're all trying to figure out the right words.
