Hey everyone,

I bought the Poser 11 upgrade and,after installation, wanted to type in the serial key from my previous version of Poser 10 (as told by the instructions). But I cant type in anything let alone my serial number (-> pictures attached). I wanted to contact support for help. Smith Micro referenced me to Poser Software Support as they are no longer attached to Poser...but the Supoort Site does not let me register so I cant send them registered tickets. I tried sending them tickets without registration, but to no avail.

I am really frustrated because I already bought the product. Nobody seems to be responsible and I dont know what to do anymore.
