Hi everyone-

In the TOS, we now have a new addition that states we no longer accept off-site links. So, unfortunately, you're unable to post off-site freebies. That may come as a disappointment and shock to some, but we'd really like you to start focusing more on linking to YOUR FAVORITE FREEBIES from OUR site. We've seen a decline in freestuff uploads and we'd like to get that back up. Therefore, please share your favorite freebies HERE.

Additionally, we're going to start running contests and challenges using freestuff items! Also, last month, we started a "Freestuff" Spotlight, where we choose a cool and fun freestuff item and feature it in our magazine as well as on Renderosity. We think this will be a fun and exciting addition to this forum since it's never been done before. And, I KNOW that in the past you were able to post them, however, this rule was brought up several years ago and was supposed to be implemented, but unfortunately, it never was. So, we're changing that now.

In addition, we fear that any off-site links could be harmful to other members and could potentially give off viruses. For that, we'd be held accountable because we allowed them to be posted. So, we're also protecting ALL members in not being spammed or given a virus.

Just to let you know - throughout the next few days, I'm going to be locking off-site links in this freestuff section.
