Subject: Short Carrara Animation - 48 Hour Film Project, Houston Contest

A holiday gift board game leads to adventure. Entry in the 48 Hour Film Project, the Houston 2015 contest, by our team Perfect Time To Panic Productions. The genre is Holiday Film, the character is Claire B. Deluxe, a problem solver, the prop is an egg, and the line of dialogue is "How's the view from over there?" The animation was done in Carrara Pro using 3D elements from Renderosity, DAZ3D, Xurge3D, and others.

Cool! I loved the little things, the grim reaper appearing as the ship sailed by, the priest's coughing. Neat stuff. Thanks for sharing. :)

Thanks, guys. The animation got a pretty good audience reaction, mostly at the end when the good guys won. It was a pretty good year for the Houston contest, with several pretty high level live action entries (out of 50 total) (we were the only animation, as usual). Here is one example:
