where should it be installed in daz4.8 ?
Does it be plugin into daz4.8?

The SDK is not a plug-in for DS, it's s tool for making plug-ins. If you have the correct C++ compiler there should be a wizard or installer that will place the needed files (headers) in the correct place for that, but I'm not sure if that's the main install or if it's something to be run after unpacking the zip (it is certainly platform dependent).
