I'm a Daz user, trying to work in Poser to adapt some content, and I'm insanely confused.
The product I'm working on is a morph product. I have all the morphs loaded onto V4 in a Poser file (PZ3).
My goal is to save this setup of V4 into a CR2 so I can use it as a source file for D3D's Poser Tool Collection to generate the INJ/REM files for my new morphs.
I know this is a stupid stupid question but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out exactly how one makes a CR2 file. I've read several old threads from people asking the same question, and the answers are always along the lines of, "Save it to the library and the CR2 just happens." But my only options are to "Save as" (pz3) or export as OBJ and various other things that don't seem to have anything to do with this. (Poser 2012 x64). And I don't know what "saving to the library" actually means. I thought the library was the runtime and that's for files you want to use as an ongoing resource (like bought products). In Daz you wouldn't mix your one-off scenes with your library like that, and I can't imagine that Poser would automatically make a whole new CR2 of V4 every single time you used her in a scene. So there's obviously some implicit/ordinary knowledge that would make this make sense, but not to a non-Poser user like me.
Would someone be good enough to tell me a dumbed-down version of the file options/menu steps/whatever I need to use to do this? This task just seems to assume knowledge that I just don't have, even when people explain it.
