Hi -
Around New Year's eve / day I purchased a bundle from Blackhearted that included the GND Anastasia, Shae and the Tyler Characters. I have the files from this purchase, and the purchase amount ($39.93) shows up in my bank statement, but I don't have any record of it in e-mail of it and now it does not appear in my account.
Can you verify that I made this purchase? Why isn't it showing up in my account?

Hi,
Do you perhaps have multiple accounts with Renderosity? If so, could you please let me know what they are so that I can check those for you?
