Trying to find someplace I can ask carrara question and get answers.
I have the aniblock importer for carrara does it not work or just not work in C8.5?
C8.5 just gives me an error on importing.

Yes, it's a fresh download of the aniblock importer as well. I check it regular because it hasn't worked since I got it. On 2 different comps, 2 different OSs.

Assuming you can make a support ticket (which is the new bug tracked at Daz), I would drop one in for Technical Support, and start with 8.5 Carrara Beta in the title.
I just made one for another issue, failing to import a duf, and Daz_Spooky hasked me to put it there. Supposedly they are on build 243 or something...heading for release.
...best to get it in now, if its repeatable.

Worked just like this when I got it. Filed a ticket ages ago.
Just another time I should have just gotten a refund rather then expecting a fix.
But am I the only one having this issue? Or the only one that has the aniblock importer for carrara?

Just a quick note. it works fine in C8.1.153 (64 bit) - I imported again this morning.

Thanks. I know it didn't work in C8, and just parked it and sort of forgot about it. Got in to C8.5 and just recently remembered it when I was redownloading items to this comp.

Yes, it even works in C7Pro.
I use it all the time and it is my favourite plugin.
