My poser 8 will not start,I double click the icon on the desktop computer starts to think then nothing,same if you go into the folder?

my system is  this win7 pro 64 poser is in the (86) program folders under smith micro 

This problem happened befor and I did a total reinstall. was working on last monday then nothing?Any help or ideas
