Subject: Zbrush 4R2 removes an imported object's unused vertices

I need to find a way to stop Zbrush 4R2 from automatically removing unused vertices when I import Poser figures. I'm making JCMs for a posed, welded figure that was exported from DS4. Its unused vertices must be retained to preserve the vertex count so that the morphs won't explode. Before Zbrush 4R2, you could import objects without having the program remove the unused vertices. I guess I’ll have to go back to version 4 to do this.

Does anyone know a way to stop 4R2 from removing used vertices on import?
