Hi,

I remember seeing eons ago, a photoshop tutorial (for sale, not free) which taught you how to 'paint' waves like in the picture above. I've searched the marketplace but have come up blank.

Does anyone know where this tutorial is, or if not, where one that teaches the same effect can be found?
