Subject: How do I get rid of the ground texture put in by the sky preset?

I wanted a sky in my scene so I added the morning in the alps preset, but it added a ground texture. How do I get rid of the ground texture so my infinite plane with a water texture will show instead?

Last time we did that there were TOS broken all over the place... Nudity, Violence and bad language.... lol
