Hi all, this is my new test, I'm trying to recreate distincitve atmospheres rather than detail the landscape, so what about god rays? is it possible to make an effect like that in the image, with Carrara? I mean yellow light beams, aura near the foliage, DOF halo etc? ciao

Indeed. This took me about 2 minutes to hobble together. Certainly it could use a little tune up but rays, glows, halos etc. are all possible.

Hi mark, good to know
is your light a spot light in front of the sun, isnt'it? I'm checking in C7 now and it seems the only way to do that. thanks for your time

Yes, it is. I've reduced the sun size to zero so it doesn't conflict with the Spot placement. I actually find this way preferable to a fully linked sun since I can make some adjustment between environment and light location separately. As long as the sun is approximately in the same azimuth and pitch of the Spot light, nothing seems amiss.

hi again, one of the plus in Vue I ever appreciated is the sunlight, IMO the best out of there in CG; well In Carrara is pretty possible too. ciao
