Subject: Question about a Dialogue Box

I've been doing work involving geometry swapping, and whenever I save as either a cr2 or pz3, I get this message. I click the OK button and the switched geometry loads correctly, just as I saved it. So I'm not sure exactly what it is trying to communicate. Anyone have any ideas?
