Hi folks,
Carrara 8 Digital Carvers Guild plug-ins are now available at
www.digitalcarversguild.com/carraraplugins.php
If you've downloaded the 2nd beta versions, you do not need to update. Nothing has changed since then.

Eegads. I thought I was forgetting something. I completely forgot to reinstall my plug ins when I put in C8... LMAO... I'll just call it a pre-senior moment.

Thank you, Eric!
This was super-timely, and wonderful news!
Time to get rid of C7 :).
Are you planning any more plug-ins for Carrara in the future? or only updates to new versions for now?
Thank you for your great work!

Is the power pak serial# still supposed to work or do you need to purchase new serial numbers for the plugins?

Use the Power Pack serial number for the plugins you are updating that originally came with it.

I am planning new plug-ins. Shader Ops 2 is in early an beta now. Now that the C8 conversion is behind me I'll finalize the Ground Control update that was in open beta and get back to Shader Ops 2.

As Shawn said, continue to use your existing serial number.

They don't seem to like my serial# is why I asked. The enter serial# window just keeps popping back up after clicking on OK. Although, I've only tried it on 2 of them.

It will do that if the serial number doesn't check. Try cut and paste and/or double checking the digits. The zeros in the final group trip folks occasionally. If that doesn't get you going, please send an email to support at digitalcarversguild.com and we'll dig deeper.

Oops! My mistake! After checking the plugins in C6, I realized that I had downloaded ShaderOps2 and not 1 and Anything Goos instead of Grooves. No wonder those two didn't want to activate.

This is wonderful news! What are the new features planned for Shader Ops 2? I must be missing something, because I didn't find the beta for it, or a description page.
Thank you so much for your work, Eric!
