I have a wide screen monitor. I would like to split it in a right and a left half. Can someone confirm that this not possible, so I can stop looking. I have several options, but not this one. Dragging the windows doesn't work.

A vertical split is very handy for modifying characters for a wide screen.

Is this the same for Carrara 8?
