I saw in the market place glass and Liquid shaders for Poser...will those import into Carrara? I am looking for Wine and beverage shaders.

They will need a little adjustment since Poser and Carrara use different shading schemes. While Carrara reads imported Poser shaders on objects fairly well, it's not a perfect translations. Carrara does not load Poser shaders directly.
It would probably be faster to make your own in Carrara rather than try to "fix" Poser shaders - glass is really easy to do.
